Lenses aren’t magic, branding, or buzz words. They’re math.

By working with an independent lens supplier, we can offer a multitude of technologically innovative lenses and coatings to pair with your prescription and needs. This allows us to provide the best vision and optical experience.

Progressive

While we could use any of the leading brands of Progressives like Essilor, Nikon, Hoya, and Rodenstock, we choose to focus on independent offerings. You'll never see huge ad campaigns for our lenses, admire their branding and font style, or be wowed by their cheap pricing. Instead these lenses compete by offering some of the best and most technologically innovative lenses on the market.

Our premium Camber Progressive lenses use continually changing lens curvatures on the front surface for an expanded reading zone, while the back surface hosts your customized prescription. All of our Progressive lenses are completely customizable to optimize your visual needs. Whether it’s wide distance periphery, a large reading zone, or a gradual change from distance to near, we will help you customize your progressives to whatever your needs are.

Blue Light

Most of our single vision and progressive lenses are available in materials that filter out nearly 100% of 'blue light' emitted from computer monitors (up to about 420nm including 100% of the UV spectrum).

Along with other practices, adding a blue light filter to your lenses can help reduce fatigue related to HEV light (High-Energy Visible light) from computer screens and LED lights.

Blue light emitted from computer monitors (420nm and below) has not yet been proven to be related to any ocular diseases or severe long term damage.

HD Single Vision

Our Single Vision HD lenses are made in Canada. Although any prescription can benefit from their superior optics, they work especially well for patients with a high astigmatism.

Advanced mathematical formulas allow these lenses to be engineered to compensate for optical complications. These calculations often make vision feel crisper, more comfortable, and clearer.

Coatings

Our premium anti-glare coating eliminates reflections to give you better vision, and offers the latest technological advancements. CHC AR SATIN is engineered to stay clean by repelling water, oils and dust. This means less debris sticks to your lenses. And when they do get dirty, they are easier to clean. Did we mention our coating is also scratch resistant too?
